Before we start, try watching the video and take on this 15 minute life exercise to get focused and change your life. Get a pen and a paper or your phone or laptop to type.

15 Min Life Exercise:

First, make a list of your bucket list items or milestones that you want to get done. (e.g. Climb Mt. Everest)

Second, create a list on how do you want to spend your time in your life in the next 3 to 5 years. (e.g. Spend the next 3-5 years in your life by the ocean.)

Third, imagine yourself in the doctor's office, then the doctor diagnoses you with an incurable disease. He says that you have less than 6 months to live. As this is registered emotionally to you, write the things you need to do before you die. Write the things that are real and true to you.

Next, go through each list and prioritize each items in each list to most important and least important.

Once you have prioritized, take the 3 most important things on those lists and combine them to make a new list which is "The Most Important Things for You".

Afterwards, make a personal mission statement based on this list. Review this on a daily basis. Set it as your reminder to strive to be the very best you can be.
